In case of a shortened stay by individual guests, Solaris Resorts reserves the right to charge 15% of the value of the unrealized part of the arrangement. The shortened stay fees will not be charged in following cases: sudden illness of a guest, death in the family, natural disaster, or emergency situation.

The terms for children

Children under the age of 7 stay for FREE
Children under the age of 7 do not pay the residence tax
Children aged 7 to 15 pay the residence tax in the amount of 60 rsd per day
Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from using the following facilities in the wellness center: hot benches, Finnish and Russian sauna, steam bath, cold room, crumbly ice, jacuzzi, aroma & tropical showers.
Children under the age of 12 use a salt room and an indoor salt water pool accompanied by parents in the children’s time from 10 am to 6 pm.
